Dr. Fader’s practice philosophy is to be available, listen and always put the patient first.
Dr. Fader is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip arthroscopy, sports injuries of the hip, and knee. His sub-specialty training and interests include hip arthroscopy for hip impingement/labral tears, knee cartilage restoration/transplant, treatment of primary/revision ACL injuries, other ligamentous injuries of the knee, and meniscal injuries.
Postless hip arthroscopy is a minimally-invasive surgical technique that does not involve the use of perineal posts. Surgery is performed by arthroscopy. An arthroscope is a small, fiber-optic instrument consisting of a lens, light source, and video camera. The camera projects images of the inside of the joint onto a large monitor, allowing your surgeon to look for any damage, assess the type of injury and repair it.
